Bookings & Event Requirements
MENU SELECTION & GUEST DETAILS
Menu selection must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Final guest numbers and dietary requirements must be provided no later than 3 days prior to the event.
SEATING TIMES & TABLE DURATION
Banquets are only available during the following seating times:
5:00 PM seating – 1.5 hours
8:00 PM seating – 2 hours
LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals may result in a shortened dining time due to fixed seating durations.
Full banquet pricing still applies.
CHANGES ON THE DAY
Any no-shows or reductions on the day of the event may be charged at the full per person banquet rate.
Surcharges & Service Fees
10% weekend surcharge applies on Saturdays and Sundays.
20% public holiday surcharge applies.
Groups of 9+ incur a 10% service charge, waived for Saturday and Sunday bookings.
Children
All children under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
Dietary Disclaimer
While all reasonable care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen or prevent cross-contamination.
Guests with allergies are responsible for notifying the venue in advance.
Behaviour & Venue Rights
Hungry Wolfs Terrigal reserves the right to refuse service or require a guest to leave if
they are behaving in a way that is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
Responsible service of alcohol (RSA) laws strictly apply.
Loss & Damage
Clients are responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves, their guests, or external suppliers.
Payment
Final payment must be made at the conclusion of the event before departing the premises.
Pre-payment can be arranged on request.
